Our mission at Shogun Fitness is to help you get super strong, so you can burn lots of calories, shred bodyfat, and not get injured. Form and technique are crucial to this goal, and we use one-on-one training to build a strong foundation that will carry you to your results and beyond. Our ShogunCore movement system teaches you to activate over 650 muscles to stabilize and move with power as you master the Five Foundational Movements: Hollow Body, Squat, Deadlift, Press, and Pull. With proper understanding of how your body is meant to function as a system, many aches, pains, and injuries are greatly diminished or even overcome completely starting immediately.
