Once you’ve mastered the ShogunCore system and the Five Foundational Movements, you are eligible to join the Shogun Fitness Ninja Army and train with a team of 2- to 3 other people on the same fitness journey as you. You’ll focus on refining your understanding of lifting and movement techniques, share unforgettable moments as you cooperate or compete to complete workouts, cheer each other on, and build life-long relationships that will revolutionize how you think about your fitness. As a team we are able to learn faster, push harder, stay more focused on our goals between workouts, and celebrate as we move and inspire each other. Fitness is already hard–it’s harder alone.
